If you have not received a refund yet, we ask that you first check your bank account again.  Then contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@oandhdesigns.com.

There may be rare instances in which we will refund you for an out of stock item.  This may be caused by an error in our inventory or an international order awaiting processing.  Please note that we process our orders in the order that they are received, including international orders.  Should an item be OOS, we will contact you to inform you of the item's status. 

• We currently ship items out on weekdays, Monday through Friday.  Occasionally, we will ship on other days to meet the needs of our customers.
