Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping:  

  • Shipping is FREE for all orders shipping within the USA.  
  • For international shipping prices, please use our contact us form to let us know what items you would like to purchase along with your preferred method of shipping.  We will email you back with the estimated shipping costs and wait for your approval before sending an invoice for your order. 
  • We currently ship items out on weekdays, Monday through Friday.  Occasionally, we will ship on other days to meet the needs of our customers. 

Taxes:  Please note that if you live in Virginia, a 6% tax rate will apply to all purchases.

Order Cancellations:  Need to cancel your order? We will only accept cancellations for up to eight hours after you place your order. After that, we are unable to accept any cancellations.  Please use our contact form to notify us of your request to cancel your order.  We will only process a refund if your request is received within the listed amount of time above.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or Missing Refunds:  If you have not received a refund yet, we ask that you first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@oandhdesigns.com.

Damaged Items:  If your item(s) arrives damaged, we will gladly replace the item.  In order to receive a replacement, you must contact us via email at support@oandhdesigns.com within 7 days of your receipt of the item. If 7 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a replacement.  Please note that we may request a picture of your damaged item in order to process a replacement. 

Out of Stock Items (OOS):  There may be rare instances in which we will refund you for an out of stock item.  This may be caused by an error in our inventory or an international order awaiting processing.  Please note that we process our orders in the order that they are received, including international orders.  Should an item be OOS, we will contact you to inform you of the item's status.  

If you would like to still order the item that is OOS instead of receiving a refund and do not mind waiting for the next shipment to be received, please inform us when we contact you about the item.  We will do our best to honor your request but may be unable to do so if we do not plan on restocking the item.
